When Iman’s Grandma introduced her to her homemade hot sauce, she realized it elevated the taste of food instead of drowning it in hot peppers and vinegar. She instantly started sharing it and began seeing the same joy she felt in other’s faces. So her Grandma taught Iman how to make it and she practiced until she had it right on her own. The one thing her Grandma said was "make sure they know it's Trini!," and so Iman did.
